The colours in the makeup palette for YSL’s new
look is a vibrating harmony of yellow and pink, orange and fuchsia,
green and violet, ochre and blue. The makeup look for season is created
by Yves Saint Laurent MakeUp Artistic Advisor Val Garland on model Coco
Rocha reflects a skin that’s matte and satiny played up by the YSL
Palette D’Artiste Collector Powder For Complexion
– four radiant shades in a graphic presentation that has a earth shade
to warm and sculpt the face, orange and pink to brighten and heat up the
intensity, and light pink to highlight and illuminate prominent features
with a satiny sheen. The eyes areenhanced by the YSL Palette D’Artiste
Collector Powder
For The Eyes – a quartet of silky, richly pigmented powder that range
from Pale yellow, tender pink, gray-green for the eyelids, and a trace
of deep purple to apply along the lash
line to structure and intensify the overall effect.
To get the look apply the purple and pink shades from the palette on the
upper eyelids, and highlight the brow arch with the pale yellow.
Draw a line with the green on the lower lash line, and blend in YSL Easy
Liner For Eye in Easy Blue for contrast. Sheath the lashes with YSL
Everlong Mascara in Ever Steel Blue.
As a final touch keep the lips tangy and fruity with a refreshing, ultra
shiny orange shade.
